Purpose of the role:  

The Performance Marketing Lead at Amplifyd plays a pivotal role in driving the success of digital marketing initiatives. This senior role involves fostering client satisfaction, contributing to the growth and profitability of both the agency and its clients, and leading a team while maintaining a hands-on approach. We seek a strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication, analytical and technical skills.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Google Ads and/or Meta Ads, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. 
  • Strong technical understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies.
  • Proven experience in managing large accounts and delivering strategic digital marketing solutions.
    • Hands-on experience with at least 2 of the below: 
      • Search Campaigns in Google and / or Bing 
      • Shopping Ads in Google and/ or product feed management
      • Video/ Display Google Ads and/or Programmatic display via DV360
      • App Campaigns (Google, Meta and/or  Apple)
      • Meta Performance Ads and / or Catalog Ads &  Feeds Management
    • Proficient use of MS Office especially Excel
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English

Will be considered a plus 

  • Experience collaborating with tech teams and a solid understanding of scripting/automation in marketing.
  • Strong business acumen and experience in contributing to business growth.
  • Language skills in Spanish, German, French or Hungarian 
  • Confident use of Google Analytics and / or Looker studio
  • Having tested Performance Max beta products

 

In a nutshell, you will be:

  • Working with experts trained in some of Europe’s biggest digital agencies
  • Joining the team as a Performance Marketing Lead having client and account overview owing strategy and ensuring client satisfaction and growth. 
  • Working alongside Head of Social, COO and CEO
  • Directly exposed to all digital channels we manage
  • Ensuring performance sits at the heart of everything we do, ensuring excellence across planning, activation and reporting. 
  • Ensuring efficient workloads and efficacy of implementation, you will upskill the team through relevant training and knowledge-sharing
  • Collaborate closely with the Tech team to maintain and upgrade Amplifyd Scripts library and utilization
  • Support with new business presentations and ad hoc audits

Role’s Responsibilities in detail: 

  1. Client Strategy and Account Performance (70%)

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, serve as the primary point of contact, and ensure client objectives are communicated effectively to the team.

Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to each client’s unique requirements, focusing on various paid media channels.

Team Leadership: Lead and support a team of digital account managers to execute campaigns successfully while aligning with client visions.

Campaign Oversight: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights, adjusting strategies to optimize results.

Innovation and Growth: Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends to deliver innovative solutions and identify opportunities for account growth.

Budget Management: Efficiently manage client budgets, ensuring on-time and within-budget project delivery to maximize ROI.

  1. Automation & Scripting (15%)  

Collaborate closely with the Tech team to maintain and upgrade the Amplifyd Scripts library, enhancing its utilization and efficiency.

Oversee script library maintenance, conduct regular audits, and implement enhancements to optimize digital marketing campaigns.

Provide training and guidance to team members on effectively leveraging the scripting library.

  1. New Business (15%)  

Develop compelling presentations for potential clients showcasing agency capabilities, case studies, and tailored strategies.

Offer strategic input during presentations, leveraging expertise to provide innovative, data-driven recommendations.

Engage with potential clients, tailor proposals, and demonstrate the agency’s expertise in delivering successful digital marketing solutions.

Senior PPC Executive

You will be:

  • Carrying out keyword research and online audience research, aimed at growing clients’ business via Paid search and Digital Display.
  • Researching competitor insights to assist in campaign planning, using 3rd party tracking tools
  • Setting up digital campaigns across Google Ads, Display ads and other digital networks
  • Analysing performance and report success metrics directly from each advertising platforms and with the help of our online dashboards
  • Building insightful dashboards for internal and client use
  • Proactively use data and identify areas of opportunity to drive value from Google Analytics
  • Working with experts trained in some of Europe’s biggest digital agencies
  • Developing and implementing new paid media strategies for clients
  • Ongoing optimizations based on data driven performance analysis

We would like you to have:

  • 2+ years of experience in Paid Search Marketing
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & Business or Math and Engineering fields
  • Google Ads, Analytics or Digital Marketing Certifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent proficiency of MS Office (Word and Excel) and the Google stack (Gmail, google sheets, google docs, google drive)
  • Language skills across Spanish, German or French will be considered a plus
