City of Dreams Mediterranean, is Europe’s first integrated resort and the largest in the region of Limassol, Cyprus. Newly opened in July 2023, it offers world-class luxury accommodation, casino, entertainment and dining experiences.

Amplifyd partnered with City of Dreams, to design a digital marketing program across multiple countries and drive a successful launch of the resort through:

    engagement
  • Bookings and Revenues

We achieved ambitious revenue and room booking targets, all within a span of 12 months, while operating within a highly competitive environment for tourism.

Our Approach

1. Enabling informed decisions: Planning, insights & geographic targeting
Created a live multi-source country planning framework, combining global travel trends, financial and geopolitical information, flight information, search trends and social audience proprietary sizing data.

2. Maximising reach: Channel mix diversification and new platform adoption
Developed a digital campaign mix across TikTok, Snapchat, Programmatic & Direct Display reaching highly relevant audiences, in addition to the core platforms like Meta & Google.

3. Encouraging engagement: Content strategy.
Produced native-looking content with TikTok Creative Exchange for the launch of the first TikTok campaign, following the platform’s latest trends, effectively connecting with a new audience who values authenticity.

4. Centralising performance data into a single source
A real time data dashboard assisted us with 10x faster holistic performance evaluation across campaigns, channels and markets, which allowed us to deploy informed strategic decisions, support with forecasting and efficiently cater for evolving business needs.

5. Brand Effectiveness, Measurement and Market Research
Conducted a plethora of brand lift, brand awareness & creative perception studies across 10 countries, using platform and 3rd party measurement solutions, to assess the brand campaign effectiveness and inform future media strategy and creative approach.

6. Maximising ROI
Performed Statistical correlation analysis per country to optimise the impact of media spend on room reservations and inform future spend levels per country.
