Shopflix was founded in 2022 by Retail experts, with a vision of providing top-quality service throughout Greece and becoming the place-to-be for everyday shopping needs. The company boasts an impressive product catalogue of 10M products, across technology, health & beauty, home & garden and several more categories.
Amplifyd partnered with Shopflix to drive revenue growth through a redesigned digital marketing program comprising:

Together we achieved ambitious revenue and efficiency improvements, all within a span of 4 months, while operating within a highly complex landscape of millions of products and thousands of product categories.
Our Approach
1. Enabling investment decisions: Planning, insights
Created a live data source to deliver market trends insights & reports to assist with forecasting and understand which products are going to be in high demand. As well as monitoring competition trends.
2. Upgraded Measurement capabilities and Centralised reporting
Fixed tracking gaps and utilised consent mode to allow data modelling to work effectively. A real time dashboard was produced for faster evaluation across campaigns, channels and product categories, allowing faster strategic decision making, and efficiently catering for evolving business needs.
3. Recalibrated objectives
Leveraged appropriate conversion data sources to give algorithms the right
signals to optimise against each stage of the funnel. Established bidding
via portfolio strategies, with the use of bid caps, allowing us to minimize loss of Impression Share due to budget caps.
4. Fine-tuned product Feeds
New feeds launched with millions of products, in line with best practices on
Meta in order to fully utilize Advantage+ campaigns. Deployed Advanced
architecture of Custom labels to categorise and optimise Google Shopping based on best sellers, price points and subcategory product segmentation.
5. Restructured campaign types and account architecture
Proceeded with testing to rely less on Pmax campaigns and moved into a
scalable campaign structure allowing us to better control the mix of inventory we buy. Diversified investment across more product categories and subcategories.
6. Maximising ROI
Performed Statistical correlation analysis across various dimensions to understand the relation between AOV, CR% and ROAS in order to inform our buying strategy. Integrated profit margins as part of the strategy and optimised towards profit.
